Doula and lifestyle therapist Priscilla Schmidt, is a California native whose love & knowledge of healthy, nutritious food developed when her parents opened a successful vegan & vegetarian restaurant during the early 80’s. After graduating from college, getting married and being a stay at home mom to two adorable kids, Priscilla managed her parent’s restaurant part time for several years. Priscilla began teaching plant based cooking classes and giving health lectures at local churches since.

Physician Dr. Pat Pagan, took interest in nutrition and its role in reversing disease since 1974. After 13 years of practicing family medicine, she’s had the opportunity to observe first hand the miraculous benefits of treating seemingly hopeless conditions with the God-inspired “eight laws of health”. She has enjoyed mission trips to china and alongside her husband, opened and ran a small out-patient clinic in Rapid City, SD. She worked as the Wellness Director at a prominent health center in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Dr. Pat has spent time cooking in a vegan restaurant and enjoys teaching others about health.
